Every time we stay at a bed and breakfast we are much more happy than at a normal hotel. This Inn was perfect, far away from too many people yet close enough to see everything without too much drive. What we loved most was the breakfast, holy cow they know how to cook a good country breakfast. John and Caroline were wonderful! I would definitely stay here again, worth every penny.

Albeit our stay was brief John and Carolyn were perfect hosts. Thanks for a memorable stay! We'll be back.

Fantastic hospitality, relaxing cozy atmosphere. John and Carolyn couldn't have been more gracious hosts. Delicious breakfast! Great destination for a weekend getaway with the wife. Will definitely be back here again! Historic home in a great area.

Biker friendly Bed and Breakfast. Inn Keeper met us as we rode up with a kick stand puck in his hand and big smile on his face. Accommodations are great. Huge Family / Dining room fully stocked with drinks, snacks, ice, candy and more. Rooms are immaculate and the entire Inn is nicely appointed and tastefully done. Meticulously restored, this is the oldest operating Inn in Blount county.

Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It was a great part of my trip to the Great Smoky Mountains National park. Highly recommended. Be sure to ask about their experience with the forest fire! Great people.

We had a fantastic stay this past weekend for our wedding anniversary. The innkeepers are wonderful people, the breakfast is hearty and delicious, and the property is beautiful. Comfortable beds, snacks and drinks provided as you like, and a beautiful view of the Little River as it rolls by the front of the inn. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was fabulous. Being from the south I can say there are 2 dishes that if done well and included at the breakfast table make a truly great Southern County Breakfast. Grits is one of those dishes and the Inn Keeper has his grits down! He hits the mark with some of the best cheese grits I've had pleasure of tasting. Meats, breads, jams, honey, and a truly Fresh, I mean Fresh plate of fruit. Top notch.

The most relaxing activity we enjoy is motorcycle riding but the front porch of Chilhowee Inn added an unexpected dimension to our day's enjoyment. Sitting on the porch with a full moon above, the Little River at our feet, the front porch of this Inn nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains is Magic.
